Mermaid Jess

I don't know why I thought of this idea, but it looks pretty dang cute, so I'm glad I went with it. X3

Anywayz, Jess is a mermaid. A koopa mermaid. How she became a mermaid, who knows, who cares. :U This pic gave me a new opportunity to practice a few things, such as blended colors and actually having a decent background. XP Oh, and bubbles. Gotta have a few bubbles in there, because yes.
